Consumer
The consumer does not need to register, they can search for the product that they require.
Search
The consumer can search in 3 ways.

Per Province
The consumer can select the province that they want to search in the main menu and then all the products will display for that province

Per category
The consumer can select per category from the main menu and all the products from the selected category will be displayed
Producer
The producer must register a profile first so that we can capture all the relevant information. Registration is free, you get a username and password that you can choose, but if you lose your password you reset it yourself.
You will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration. You can always change or add information as you wish. To add a product after you signed in, just choose “Add an Item” on the menu and you will be able to add all the details that we allow, some fields are required but the other field is optional if you feel comfortable providing that to your customers :
- Title – is the title of the product that the customers will see, etc. fresh eggs, butternut susks.
- Full details – Ter you can give a complete description of your product. Give as much information as your customers require, like different packaging sizes, like 500g pack and 2.5kg pack.
- Price – If you only have 1 price select this option and give the price.
- Price Range – Select this if you have a price range.
- Deliver – do you deliver and where if you do?
- Delivery conditions – do you deliver locally close to you or free delivery over R500 order, or if you have an arrangement for someone to deliver elsewhere or do you deliver via courier or post?
- Province – it is very important for your customers to know where you are if they are looking for a supplier close to them if you deliver countrywide say that in the delivery area.
- Categories – these are the categories that your product falls under, if you feel that there is not a suitable category for your product please contact us.
- choose if your contact details must show on your listings.
- Postal code – postal code.
- Telephone number – telephone number so that your customers can contact you directly.
- E-mail – give them your e-mail address to contact you.
- Map – you can prived your address on the map for your customers to find if they need to collect, they can use this to dive with navigation.
- Enter Coordinates – you can enter your coordinates yourself.
- Don’t show the map if you don’t want to.
- put photos of the product and don’t use downloaded images, rather take photos of the product that you sell.
